Your story keeps you from being forgotten.

Don't sell a product. Sell belonging.

A workshop to clarify, align, and decide.

Why can some brands charge more, last longer, and never justify themselves?

Because they don't sell a product.

They sell belonging.

Think of your iPhone, your Ray-Ban sunglasses, or your Levi's jeans.

Some brands are no longer objects, they're statements.

This power doesn't come from marketing.

It comes from storytelling.

In the Unfolding Circle workshop, we lay the groundwork.

We reflect, observe, and challenge each other to move forward.

No ready-made advice or quick fixes, but deep listening, guided reflection, and collective resonance.

It's an intimate space (maximum 10 people).

Together, we transform your story into a clear and compelling narrative. Your clients know why they're here, what they share with you, and why they want to stay.

We work so your audience identifies with you emotionally. So that everything you share—words, decisions, presence—tells the same story.

Who is this workshop for?

  • Entrepreneurs,
  • creatives,
  • consultants,

and anyone navigating a transition in how they express their work.

You're in the right place if:

Your brand is different, but your message doesn't set you apart.

Your audience is there, but they don't connect.

You're evolving, but what you express lags behind who you've become.

What you'll take with you:

  • A first reading of the patterns shaping your work (market environment, uniqueness, value proposition and competitive advantages)
  • A clarified sense of your vision
  • An exercise to continue the work started during the workshop (Timeline, Contradictions, The 3 Lists)
  • Join a network of people navigating similar questions

What to bring with you:

  • A notebook (if you'd like to take notes)
  • An open mind

Nothing more, your authenticity is your greatest asset.

Kelly became my virtual angel. She always took time to listen to my crazy ideas, no matter how hard it could be. She used patience and guided me towards the singular vision that was necessary for my website to keep a clear presence.

Today my message is clear. I have consistency in my image, my communication is clear, and I have more time to take care of my clients directly. Thank you Kelly.

The story behind the circle

I'm Kelly Nauleau, narrative strategist and brand architect.

It's through my own story—shaped by expatriations between cultures, languages, and identities (Europe, North and South America)—that I learned to quickly detect the tension points that distinguish one narrative from another.

Navigating emotions, my personal, professional, and cultural experience has shaped my expertise: reading between the lines, spotting what wants to emerge, and transforming it into narrative structure. I've supported events, cultural and heritage institutions, as well as food industry professionals, to transform their visibility into authentic and desirable narratives.

I bring this sensitivity to your brand, to help you move to the next level by short-circuiting the noise: we move faster, together, through collective reflection.

My approach, The Unfolding Method, is rooted in deep reading: revealing the patterns, contradictions, and truths that shape a narrative, then giving them structure and form.

Your brand doesn't lack value, but a story. My role is to bring it out.
